We offer comprehensive, structured, non-residential health services provided to adult clients in a day program setting to maximize clients’ independence and community living skills. Unity Place strives to provide or arrange services necessary to meet the comprehensive needs of individual clients.
Unity Place prides itself on taking a personal approach with each and every client. We celebrate the individuality of each client and work with the client to ensure that every member of our community is provided with the tools to develop necessary life skills and community reintegration.
Every client is provided with groups that focus on mental health diagnoses, symptoms, and treatment options. Groups focusing on addiction and relapse prevention are provided for co-occurring clients. Clients are also provided with case management, pre-vocational, and social services as needed to help them on their journey.
